Group 4 Responds to MVA at the intersection of Cedar and East Union Sts. The vehicle had been stolen and the operator was placed under arrest for operating under the influence by the Ashland Police Department

The vehicle sustained major damage after the high speed collision with a tree.

Notice the drivers body bent the top of the steering wheel.
